Beef direct from Hinchliffe's farm grazed on the Pennine Hills. Matured on the bone for 3 to 4 weeks for extra flavour & tenderness & lovingly prepared by craftsmen. Prime Texel lamb from their own farms is specially bred & selected for the quality of its meat.
